What if you are not in network for my insurance provider?

You may want to look at your out of network benefits. Each insurance provider offers different benefits for out of network providers. You can contact your insurance company to find out what they are.

What if I don’t want to use my out of network benefits?

We also offer a self-pay option for clients who are not able or who do not wish to utilize their insurance. The self-pay rate is $120 for a 50 minute session.

What if I need you to testify in court?

Since we are small practice, it is difficult to be available for court appearances and my clients. Therefore, we prefer to send reports and/or letters to attorneys in lieu of testimony. If a court appearance cannot be avoided, we require a retainer of $3500. From this retainer charges at billable rate of $120/hr will taken to cover testimony preparation, records copying, travel and court testimony for two days.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand that things come up and appointments need to be canceled and rescheduled. We ask that clients give 48 hour notice so that we can schedule another client in that hour. Without adequate notice, the hour will go unfilled and clients must wait longer for services. If a late cancel or no show fee is incurred, it must be paid prior to scheduling your next session.
